It's best to find a person (like Lydia) who can be both follower and spouse, that way you can change their clothes and take them adventuring with you. Voila, you can now marry a Khajiit :D Only problem with this is the fact that they won't have the Khajiit accent. Console commands don't allow for it either - the dialogue option doesn't appear. If you're playing as a Khajiit character, you can still marry, but there are no Khajiiti NPC's that you can marry. Wait, Player Khajiit cant marry?
